Reporting 2024 Sales in California and Connecticut

Fee Increase Effective January 1, 2025

On January 1, 2025, the fee for mattress and foundation sales in California and Connecticut increased to $16.00 per unit sold. Beginning with the January 2025 reporting period, the reporting portal will calculate your recycling fee at $16.00 per unit sold or refunded.

December 2024 Sales Reporting

Sales made in December 2024, regardless of the delivery date, must be included in your December report to be calculated at the following rates:

• $11.75 – Connecticut
• $10.50 – California

The final date to update your December 2024 report is May 31, 2025. As of June 1, all sales must be entered at the current rate of $16.00 per unit sold. Please contact support@mrc-us.org to make any changes.
